YOUR USED CARTRIDGES CAN SAVE LIVES!
A pretty startling statement - so let me explain.
Waste, and the problem of what to do with it, is a dilemma faced
by all countries. In the case of printer consumables the 'waste
material' - that is spent toner and ink cartridges - is actually
made up of finely engineered components, some of which are reusable.
Such products are made from high energy, non-biodegradable material
and consequently their final disposal in landfill sites is both
ecologically and economically unjustifiable.
But what can you do about this?
At Print-A-Ware we have always recognised our environmental responsibility
and several years ago we launched our Clean Earth Campaign to address
this problem and we would like to ask you to support this campaign.
You will be pleased to know that your support will cost you ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING. Indeed by disposing of your spent printer cartridges in
this way you will be meeting your Duty of Care for the disposal
of such waste as we are registered carriers.
OK, that's good for the environment but how, I hear you ask, can
that save lives?
As mentioned at the start of this letter these products are made
up of finely engineered components, some of which can be reused.
We have established a network of companies who are prepared to pay
for some of these 'waste-items'. As part of this campaign we have
committed to donate 10% of the total money raised from the sale
of these items to a vital organisation - THE COUNTY AIR AMBULANCE.
Did you know that this vital, life saving organisation (which we
all admire but hope we never need!) is a charity* funded solely
from donations - so they need all the support they can get.
So how does it work?
We will provide a collection box (or boxes) at your premises and
all you need to do is place your used cartridges into the box. When
the box is full simply call us FREE on 0800 328 3776
and we will arrange collection.
It's as simple as that - and it really will cost you absolutely
nothing!
