Printer Care Plus
A ‘Per Occasion’ service with a difference. We will
keep details of all your printers on our database and provide you
with a telephone Helpline service. If the fault cannot be diagnosed
or cleared over the telephone we will arrange for a technician to
visit your site, normally within eight hours. We will advise you
of any costs required to effect a repair and will only proceed upon
receipt of your authorisation. Many printer problems are solved
without the need for expensive replacement parts and this labour
only service will prove itself time and time again. For extra peace
of mind this service can be linked with Printer-Care Service.
