New Machines
We are an independent supplier of equipment and are not tied to any manufacturer. Our approach is to discuss your printing requirements in detail in order to fully understand which type of printer will best meet your needs both now and in the foreseeable future. We will then use our expertise to recommend the most suitable equipment for you.

As we are independent of any manufacturer you can be confident that any advice given will be totally impartial. We will not be influenced by ‘manufacturers special incentives’ offered to dealers - usually to clear old or obsolete stock.

Second User Machines
In addition to the supply of new printers we also offer a range of second user machines. All these machines are fully refurbished and tested by us and carry a six months warranty.

Upgrades and Part Exchange
If your printing requirements change and you find that you need to upgrade an existing printer, for example from Inkjet to Laser, we offer a ‘part-exchange’ service.

Accessories and Equipment
Print-A-Ware also offer a range of accessory equipment including:
A full range of Facsimile Machines;
A range of Scanners from economy to very high resolution models;
Screen Filters to reduce glare and improve definition;
Computer/Printer switch boxes to enable several computers to share one printer or vice versa;
